A strong security culture percolates through the entire organization so that you inherently make security-conscious choices without security, and/or security checklists, bogging down your productivity. Checklists and policies are necessary, but they don’t address new threats or every day-to-day decision every department makes. Having a realistically paranoid mentality about your company’s security and your own personal security is the single most important thing you can do for yourself and your future-especially in crypto.
